It was a relationship game-changer for Ellie and I.

Here’s how to use it:

Each night before bed, you fill out the journal together with your significant other.

- Keep the journal on the bed with a pen each day
- You each put 3 bullets (1-2 sentences) of what you appreciate about that person that day or something they did
*This helps you both discover things about the other you never knew.

- Do this each night no matter what, even if you’re angry with each other. it’s a great way to center back into the power of your relationship.
