To Live Doesn't Mean You're Alive

Do you want to be great, or simply live? When it comes to life you can either fit in, fall out, or move on up.

Those who like to fit in are falling victim to other's expectations, picking a side for their decisions and thoughts, “keeping up”, and keeping the system going. Another option is to fall out, mesmerized by media and hearsay, letting others think for you, lack of personal development, and no real contribution to the world. Lastly, you can move on up, think for yourself, influence the world and others, create instead of follow, and practice lifelong personal development.

I’m not here to say one is right or wrong or better than another, but to me one is clearly better than the others. To move on up is not simply success or being rich, it’s continuing to grow as a person, to be in control of yourself, and to create the world around you instead of falling into the one everyone else has created. In turn developing those traits leads to personal success.

Being great is not necessarily ruling the world but influencing it. Actually contribute to the world. Simply living or existing, or as Nicki Minaj may say

“To live doesn’t mean you’re alive.”

is not that exciting. At least not in my mind, or hers. I’d gather you’re here because you want to make a difference not only in your life, but other's. That’s why I’m here today, to give a good kick in the ass for you and for me. (I get off track sometimes as well)

Have you been getting so bogged down by work that you just can’t find the time to do anything for yourself? Then find something else, or change what you’re doing.

Do you find that you’re often falling victim to other's thinking and your own thoughts and ideas get drowned out? Maybe you’re onto something. When you follow others you end up like them. In case you haven’t noticed, the others aren’t usually happy or satisfied.

Has your computer and TV been on so much lately for pure entertainment that you don’t really “think” anymore? Challenge yourself and grow to new heights.

You can either fit in, fall out, or move on up. We all know which one is the better of the three, but what are you doing to bring your actions and mind into harmony?

Here’s a key to life that I love.

“Figure out what works and what doesn’t. Cut out what doesn’t and add more of what does.” – Bob Proctor

Now that’s a key to a happy life. There are so many keys to life that so many people have passed down.

What’s your favorite quote or saying that you love? Perhaps I’ll share it over Facebook and of course give you credit!

PS – In the coming months I will have the first free guide, manifesto, handbook or whatever other name you would like to call it. I am calling it The Guide to Breaking The System. It’s been in the works for a while and is in editing stages now. If you’ve been looking for what the great achievers have used to get where they are and influence the world then you’re in luck. I’ve put it all together and in a format that’s easy to understand and incorporate into daily living. I hope you will all love it!

There is no release date yet, but I will keep everyone in the loop as completion approaches.
